Network Operations Center Technician

About the role

You are the first responder for network events across client estates — from retail sites to manufacturing floors to cloud interconnects. The role suits someone early in a networking career who wants production exposure quickly.

What you'll do

• Monitor network health across managed client sites
• Triage events and execute first-line remediation runbooks
• Escalate with complete context to engineering and vendor teams
• Maintain accurate incident records and shift handovers
• Contribute improvements back into the runbook library

What we're looking for

• 1+ years in a NOC, help desk or network support role
• CCNA or equivalent knowledge of routing and switching
• Methodical troubleshooting under time pressure
• Clear written handovers
• Availability for a rotating shift pattern
