Privacy policy

We collect information you give us directly: your name and email when you sign in or create an account, a resume and cover letter when you apply to a role, and your name, email, company and message when you use the contact form or comment on an article.

We use this information to run the parts of the site that need it: to authenticate your account, to route job applications to the hiring team, to respond to enquiries, and to moderate comments before they're shown to other visitors.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Application details are visible only to you and to administrators reviewing candidates for that role. Comments you post are shown publicly once approved. Contact form messages are visible only to administrators.

Site content and account records are stored in a managed database. Uploaded images are stored with Cloudinary; resumes are stored with Cloudinary or Supabase Storage depending on file type, and are never publicly accessible — only you and administrators can retrieve one, and only after signing in.

You can review and withdraw an application, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by reaching out through the contact page. We'll act on that request as soon as reasonably possible.
