About the role
You will build paved-road platforms for client engineering organizations — golden paths, templates and self-service tooling that cut provisioning from weeks to hours while keeping compliance evidence automatic.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain golden-path templates and self-service tooling
- Embed compliance controls into the platform rather than into review gates
- Treat internal developer platforms as products with real users
- Measure adoption and provisioning lead time, and improve both
- Support client engineers adopting the platform
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in platform, infrastructure or DevOps engineering
- Deep Kubernetes and Terraform experience
- Strong CI/CD design skills
- Product instincts — you talk to the engineers who use what you build
- Experience in a regulated environment is a plus
